RIPLEY, Ohio | Carol Ann (Hunley) Kiskadden, age 63, of Higginsport, Ohio, died Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
She worked in housekeeping at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center near Ripley, and was a member of the Ripley Church of the Nazarene in Ripley.
Mrs. Kiskadden was born Oct. 10, 1950, in Mariemont, Ohio, the daughter of Betty (Scanlon) Hunley of Batavia, Ohio, and the late Jess Edward Hunley.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Kiskadden is survived by one daughter, Connie Smith of Higginsport, Ohio; one son, Shawn King of Higginsport; six grandchildren, Shawn Michael King, Mark Andrew Smith, Mallory Nicole Smith, Alexander Michael King, Emily Nicole King and Kaitlyn Dawn Smith, all of Higginsport; five sisters, Sharon Hunley of Batavia, Ohio, Sandy Araynos of Batavia, Cindy Walters of Hamersville, Ohio, Tricia Stagge of Lynchburg, Ohio and Brenda Richey of Hamersville; and one brother, David Hunley of Mount Orab, Ohio.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Wayne Kiskadden; and one brother, Jerry Hunley.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley. Rev. Clark Castle will officiate.
Burial will follow in Shinkle’s Ridge Cemetery near Higginsport.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., Tuesday, April 1, at the funeral home.
