MAYSVILLE — Donald Tyler Christy, 35, of Vero Beach, Fla., passed away on Nov. 7, 2021, at his residence.
Tyler was born in Lexington on Sept. 24, 1986, son of Donald and Sharon Hitt Christy of Maysville.
He was a self-employed barber and a graduate of Mason County High School and the Lexington Academy of Barbering.
Survivors other than his parents are his wife, Jaime Christy; a son Julien; a brother, William Kyle (Shannon) Christy of Mount Pleasant, S.C.; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Donald and Aletha Hitt and Leslie and Edna Christy.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday at Washington United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Sweeney officiating.
Burial will follow in the Washington Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation noon until 2 p.m., Saturday at the church.
