MAY’S LICK — Omar Wilson Jr., 80, of Forman’s Chapel Road, May’s Lick died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood.
He was a farmer and a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Forman’s Chapel Methodist Church.
Mr. Wilson was born in Mason County on Oct. 12, 1927, son of the late Omar and Jewell Adamson Wilson and step-mother Adell Wilson.
Survivors include a brother, Douglas S. Wilson of West Union, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil and Millard Wilson; and two sisters, Eunice Ormes and Betty Gallagher.
Services will be 2 p.m., Monday at Palmer Funeral Home in May’s Lick with Rev. Danny Howard officiating.
Interment will follow in Shannon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Gifford, Wayne Gifford, Justin Doyle, Phil Doyle, Johnny Doyle and Larry Doyle.
Visitation is noon -2 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
