Hello Maysville, I hear you are looking for a city commissioner? David Doyle is your man.
I don’t even know where to start. I met him over 35 years ago. He was my boss first and my friend forever. David is a man of confidence, honesty, gratitude, understanding, forgiveness and commitment. I know this from personal experience while working with David.
There are three things that make a person truly admirable; purity of purpose, determination and the willingness to serve others. He certainly has all three, but the one that stands out—he has a servant’s heart. He is quiet, but sweet, and he is careful about what he says as he has been dealing with the public for so long that he knows how delicate they can sometimes be.
David has a rare quality hard to find these days. He sincerely cares for his family, friends and even total strangers. He is empathetic, has the ability to step into another’s shoes—a skill I think is the most important to have in life. I have always known him to be hard working, and there is nothing more respectable than someone willing to work for what they want.
If you are fortunate enough to have David as your commissioner, yo will not be disappointed. He will work for the greater need of his community using all of his attributes.
I wish I had the opportunity you all have, I would vote yes to David in any leadership position.
