Cannon Kielman
Kielman put up 26 in the Fleming County Panthers 68-56 win over Harrison County on Tuesday. That game, he put up two field goals, five 3-pointers and seven free throws to help secure the Panthers’ second victory of the season. Two games into the year, he is Fleming County’s leading scorer, with 34 total points, averaging 17.0 per game and shooting 40.7% from the field, and 33.3% from three. Now 2-0 on the year, Kielman hopes to continue helping his team pick up wins.
Olivia Hughes
Hughes put up 18 points in the Mason County Lady Royals 71-37 win over Lewis County on Wednesday. That game, she put up three field goals and four 3-pointers to lead the team in scoring, and help secure their second win of the year. Three games into the season, she sits with 24 total points, with six scored against Augusta in game two of the year. Currently, she is shooting 16.7% from the field and 22.2% from three, but hopes to continue putting up big numbers for the Lady Royals throughout the remainder of 2025-26.
