WEST UNION, OHIO | John B. Rogers, age 76 years of Stout, Ohio died Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015, at the Hemstead Manor in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Mr. Rogers was born Sept. 28, 1938, the son of the late Robert and Orpha Rogers in Corbin.
Survivors include his wife, Vickie Rogers of Stout, Ohio; four daughters, Sherri Cole of Goshen, Ohio; Jennifer Francis of Erlanger; Terri and Jeannie Rogers; three sons, John Rogers of Loveland, Ohio; Jerry Holsinger of West Portsmouth, Ohio; and Tony Rogers; two sisters, Betty Gray of Jackson, Ohio; Patty Fitzgerald of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania; five brothers Don Rogers of Middletown, Ohio; Everett Rogers of South Carolina; Kenny Rogers and Vernon Rogers both of Middletown, Ohio; Norman Rogers of Washington; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015, at 1 p.m. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home, West Union, Ohio, with Greg Cooper officiating.
Burial will in the McHenry Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
