Wellness on Wheels is rolling downtown to offer free care on April 11.
The Buffalo Trace District Health Department mobile unit is holding its Wellness on Wheels event in partnership with PrimaryPlus.

The mobile units provide a comprehensive range of services to the East End.
Both mobile units will be located in the Emergency Disaster Services lot, which is between the East End Maysville Police Department and IGA. The services are free to all and walk-ins are welcome.
“We have once again teamed up with the Buffalo Trace District Health Department to bring our mobile wellness clinics to the EDS lot located by the Maysville Police Department and the IGA,” said PrimaryPlus Representatives.
Numerous free services will be provided consisting of mental health resources and support, health screenings (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI, A1C), immunizations, health education, harm reduction support and more.
Participants will also have the chance to connect with members of BTDHD and PrimaryPlus.
The mobile units will park at 10 a.m. and conclude at 2 p.m.
