Nickelodeon’s animated preschool series Sunny Day is pulling into Maysville’s Walmart store parking lot today, Thursday, June 21, 3-7 p.m.
The Sunny Day Tour brings the show to life in select Walmart parking lots with a wide array of family-friendly activities and giveaways inspired by the show.
This interactive experience is free to the public and will feature activities including:
— Giveaways
— Hair styling, nail art and temporary tattoo stations
— Photo with characters
— Interactive Sunny Day product play tables
Sunny Day centers on Sunny, a 10-year-old master hairstylist and entrepreneur who uses creative problem-solving to tackle any dilemma that arises in her seaside town of Friendly Falls. The characters in the series celebrate individuality and self-expression, while the show’s social-emotional curriculum highlights leadership, innovative thinking and teamwork. Consumer products featuring the bold, vibrant color palette from the show span categories including toy, consumer electronics, home goods and more. The all-new toy line, created in conjunction with Mattel, includes basic and deluxe doll assortments, accessories, plush, role play and playsets, will be displayed at each event.
