FLEMINGSBURG — Kim Leet Razor won out at the polls to become 19th Judicial District Judge following Tuesday’s election.

Razor recevied 3,369 vote while current District Judge Jeff Schumacher tallied 1,524 in Fleming Countys. Razor also secured victories in the other counties in the judicial district, with 2,643 votes to Schumacher’s 2,488 in Mason County and 1,419 votes to Schumacher’s 1,099 in Bracken County

For the office of Flemingsburg Mayor, Robert F. Money emerged the victor over incumbent Marty Voiers with 703 votes to Voiers’ 328 votes.

Money will now preside over a council which will include Danny Carpenter with 647 votes, Blake Harmon with 615, incumbent Georgianna Sparks with 582, Angela Christman Graham with 512, incumbent Ricky G. Hurst with 498, and incumbent Meredith Story with 494

Other candidates who ran for Flemingsburg City Council include incumbent Duane Scott Manning 475 votes, Randy Seargent 388 votes and incumbent Van Alexander 481 votes.

Another upset in the ballots was for the seat of Fleming County Attorney, with Republican Monica Tranbarger Hill winning the majority with 3,436 votes, more than 61 percent, over Democrat incumbent Democrat John C. Price with 2,130 votes, more than 38 percent.

In the U.S. Representative 6th District race, Republican Andy Barr won by a significant margin with 3,926 votes over Democrat Amy McGrath with 1,638 votes and Libertarian Frank Harris 31 votes, Independent Rikka L. Wallin 12 votes, and Independent James Germalic 11 votes.

State Representative 70th Representative District — Democrat John Sims Jr.

Commonwealth’s Attorney — Democrat J. Kelly Clarke received 3,407 votes.

Circuit Clerk — Democrat Amy Money Saunders received 3,926 votes.

PVA — Democrat Michelle Butler received 3,684 votes.

Judge-Executive — Republican Larry H. Foxworthy received 4,422 votes.

County Clerk — Republican Jarrod R. Fritz received 4,777 votes.

Sheriff — Democrat Gary Kinder received 3,870 votes.

Jailer — Republican incumbent Timothy M. Cooper won over Democrat Rodney Earlywine with 3,294 votes to Earlywine’s 2,189 votes

Coroner — Republican Winston Ross Grannis received 4,533 votes.

County Surveyor — Republican Travis McGlone received 4,332votes.

Magistrate District 1 — Democrat Chris Hickerson received 582 votes.

Constable District 1 — Republican Andrew S. Telecky received 519 votes.

Magistrate District 2 — Republican David J. DeAtely received 743 votes.

Magistrate District 3 — Democrat Rick J. Kielman emerged victorious with 538 votes over Republican Stacey W. Vice who received 475 votes.

Magistrate District 4 — Democrat James R. Smoot received 635 votes.

Magistrate District 5 — Republican Donnie Fawns was the victor over Democrat incumbent Rickey Lewis, with 564 votes over Lewis’ 380 votes.

Magistrate District 6 — Democrat Ray H. Money received 692 votes.

Soil and Water Conservation District — Daryl Grannis received 3,601 votes.

Fleming County Board of Education District 3 — David Corbin won the office with 432 votes, a near three-man-split between Randy Taylor with 322 votes and incumbent James Watkins with 327 votes.

Fleming County Board of Education District 5 — Robbie Earlywine earned a decisive victory with 404 votes over Michael Dale Emmons with 188 votes and Sandy Faris with 185 votes.

Mayor of Ewing — Robert Bevins received 95 votes.

Ewing City Commissioners — Crystal Earlywine received 76 votes, with Priscilla Crump earning 74 votes, Elzie Price with 87 and Jeffrey Earlywine with 79, making them the city commissioners.

Flemingsburg City Council — Incumbent Duane Scott Manning received 475 votes, Randy Seargent received 388 votes and incumbent Van Alexander received 481 votes
