Four people were recently sentenced in Mason County Circuit Court.
Austin Lee Workman was sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of first-degree felony wanton endangerment, one count of trafficking in methamphetamine and one count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. According to court records, the incident took place on or around Dec. 14, 2017.
David Robert Arnold was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of third-degree assault. Arnold entered the plea on Nov. 1, 2017.
David Roger Caroppoli was sentenced to one year in Kentucky prison after pleading guilty to two counts of theft by deception – including cold checks, under $10,000 and one count of theft by deception – including cold checks under $500.
According to court documents, the offenses were committed on or around Sept. 3-5, 2017.
Along with his prison sentence, Caroppoli was ordered to pay restitution to Maysville NAPA ($637.78) and Heritage Honda ($1,312.79). According to his sentence, Caroppoli will not be released from probation following his prison sentence until his restitution is paid in full.
Sheila Grace Sanders was sentenced to 60 days in jail after pleading guilty to one count of second-degree bail jumping.
Sanders will be held in the Mason County for the duration of her sentence.
