Dedication of Hawley Field

Jerry King of Maysville expressed his appreciation on getting his start in softball at Hawley Field during its dedication ceremony, Saturday. King, a United States Softball Hall of Famer spoke of his early days of learning the game at Hawley Field as well memorable times with its founder, the late Harry Hawley. The field was dedicated by the Mason County Fiscal Court at its former site, which is now the Mason County Road Department. -
