MAY’S LICK — Doris M. Henson, 75, of Sardis, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020 at Robertson County Health Care Facility.
Doris was born in Robertson County on Feb, 2, 1944, daughter of the late Everett and Lucille French Moran.
She was a retired cook and the widow of Billy Henson.
Survivors include four daughters, Lee (Tommy) Ramsey, Belinda (Greg) Lawrence, Cindy Herrington and Paula Sprecker; five sons, Rodney Henson, Tony (Toni) Henson, Larry Henson, Eric (Jane) Henson and Brandon (Lauren) Henson; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Nellie Linville, Ann (Bobby) Stoker, Linda Fleming and Pam Moran; and a brother, Marty (Ruth) Moran.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband; an infant daughter, Deborah; and a son, Billy (Fig) Henson, Jr.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Jan, 22, 2020, at Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory in May’s Lick with Bro. John R. Dodson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Shannon Cemetery.
Visitation 6-8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
