MOUNT OLIVET — Cecil Snapp Jr., age 92, of Mount Olivet, passed away Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019, at Robertson County Healthcare Facility.
He was born in Bourbon County on Nov. 18, 1927, to the late Cecil Snapp and Elizabeth Franklin Snapp.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Gilvin Snapp; his son, Billy Snapp; his brother, Bobby Snapp; and four sisters, Dorothy Colemire, Jean Hull, Mary Leigh Jones and Betty Blake.
Cecil is survived by five sons, Terry (Ann) Snapp of Mount Olivet, Cecil Wayne (Paula) Snapp of Mason County, David Ray (Shelly) Snapp of Maysville, Ronald Dean (Susan) Snapp of Florida and Douglas Lee Snapp of Spain; a daughter, Wanda Gail (Michael) Wagner of Corbin; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Monday, Dec. 2 from 5-8 p.m. at Robertson County Funeral Home.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
