FLEMINGSBURG — Thelma Fogleman Rossman age 86, of Troy, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019.

Born in Plummer’s Landing on Aug. 23, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Dollie Roberts Fogleman.

Thelma had worked as a supervisor of the main cafeteria at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Thelma is survived by her children, Vicki Lee Woolum, Jill Lynn Rudy, Jerry Ray Rossman, Terry Jay Rossman; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Olive Stamps, Linda Holsinger, Jesse Fogleman, Don Fogleman and Barry Fogleman.

She was preceded by her husband of 67 years, Leo C. Rossman; her parents; her sister, Betty Lou Fogleman; as well as three infant siblings.

Services will be 1 p.m., Mon. Oct. 21, at Boone–Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. John Greenlee officiating.

Thelma will be laid to rest beside her husband in Goddard Cemetery.

Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home located at 150 West Water Street, Flemingsburg, Ky 41041.
