MAYSVILLE – Linda M. Case, 79, of Maysville, died Saturday, Aug. 24, 2019, at the Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility.

She was the widow of Randall Gene Case who died May 25, 1999. The couple were married 40 years at the time of his death.

Linda was born in Mason County, on June 17, 1940, the daughter of the late William Snapp and Virginia Darnell Shaffer.

She is survived by her two sons, Rodney Case (Dana) and Tony Case (Betsy), both of Flemingsburg; two daughters, Sheri Fulton (Matthew) and Donna Day (Mike Fulton), both of Maysville; 10 grandchildren, Krista Day, Kayla Day, Anthony Case, Jr., Christopher Case, Brandon Case, Chad McKay (Shae), Sumera Fultz, Andrew Fryman (Traci), Laura Fryman Galbreath (Brad) and Cara Spencer; several great grandchildren; and one brother, Ronnie Snapp of Mason County.

Besides her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Mike Case in 1990; and by her brother, Bill Snapp.

Funeral services for Linda Case will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2019, with Reverend Tracy Parker officiating.

Burial will follow in the Maysville Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m.
