MAYSVILLE — Ted Eckert II, 42, of Germantown, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019.

Ted was born in Covington May 31, 1976, to Karen Henson Eckert and the late Michael Craig Eckert.

He was employed by Tyson Foods. An avid fan the Bengals, the Reds and UK, Ted was also a Ford Mustang enthusiast.

Survivors include his mother, Karen; children, Katlin Eckert of Ripley and Cameron Eckert of Germantown and their mother, Jenny Eckert; daughter, Kyra Eckert and her mother and Ted’s girlfriend, Megan Shields; sisters, Jeanie Roberson of Sardis, Billie Stuller and Brandy (Jody) Hochschild both of Maysville; grandchildren, Silas and Piper Gullett.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Collins; and grandparents, Theodore Eckert, Betty Nash and Nanny Gabler.

Services for Ted Eckert will be at 1 p.m. held on Wednesday May 22, 2019, at Brell and Son Funeral Home with Pastor George Burns officiating.

Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday.
