MAYSVILLE — Janete Willis, of Fort Thomas, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2018, surrounded by her family.
Janete and her twin sister, Carolyn were born June 23, 1942, to Elizabeth Wright Merrill and Henry H. Merrill of Maysville.
Janete is survived by one son, Brian Merrill Willis and his wife, Erin; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Aubrey; her twin sister, Carolyn Cicatelli Eaton (Robert); sister, Frankie Schumacher; brothers, Don Merrill and John Merrill (Debbie); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Janete graduated from Maysville High School in 1960 and was involved in her class reunions for many years.
Janete was preceded in death by her parents; and her younger brother, Charlie Merrill (Jane); sister-in-law, Barbara Merrill; niece, Jennifer Merrill; and brother-in-law, Bernie Schumacher.
A celebration of her life will be May 10, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Ripley Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
