BROOKSVILLE — Patricia Wallingford Clos, 62, of Foster, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center Hospital in Edgewood.
Mrs. Clos was born in Maysville, on April 29, 1956, to the late Claude Elmo and Anna Mae Workman Wallingford.
She was the owner of P. Clos Tax Service, former member of the Bracken County Board of Education, and a former Mason County High School Cheerleader.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Terry Lee Clos, whom she married May 24, 1975, and their children, Chasity A. Clos, Brandon L.(Christina) Clos and Andrea D.(Denny R.) Applegate, all of Foster. Mrs. Clos is also survived by her grandchildren, Kylie D. Moneyhon, Austin R. Applegate, Grant P. Applegate, Ashlee D. Applegate, Garrett T. Applegate and Hunter L. Clos, as well as several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her siblings, William Wallingford, Bonnie Eachus, Sharon Wallingford and Charles (Teri) Wallingford.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her bother, Sammy Kay Wallingford; and sister, Dianna Lynne Wallingford.
Service will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, at Moore and Parker Funeral Home in Brooksville.
Burial will be in Lenoxburg Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
