MAYSVILLE — Elizabeth Dugan, 67, of Maysville, died July 14, 2018, at her residence.

Ms. Dugan was a member of the Victory Christian Center and was formerly associated with the Ewing Handi-Mart.

She was born in Mason County, on Aug. 10, 1950, the daughter of the late Stanley Campbell and Jane Marshall Boling and George Joseph Boling, her stepfather that raised her.

Survivors include her son, Wayne Dugan of Ewing; sisters, Patti Thomas (Tommy) of Maysville, Kathy Shiveley (Vince) of Aberdeen, Ohio, Lelia Ruth Arnold (Jim) and Gail Riedel, both of Michigan; brothers, Jeff Boling of Hawaii, James “Bud” Campbell (Jo Ann) of Michigan, and Gene Campbell (Sandy) of Ohio; her sons’ father, Delbert Dugan of Maysville; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Besides her parents and her stepfather, she was preceded in death by her sister, Gwen Bisack.

Services for Elizabeth Dugan will be held at the Victory Christian Center at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018, with Rev. Byron Mills officiating.

Burial will follow in the Shannon Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, July 20, 2018, from 5-8 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Victory Christian Center, U.S. 62, Maysville, Ky. 41056.
