AUGUSTA — Mrs. Rose Marie Wolfe, 76, formerly of Augusta, died Saturday, May 26, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Max A. Wolfe, who died April 24, 2008.
Rose was born on Aug. 11, 1941, in Indianapolis, Ind. to her parents, the late Alvin J. and Hellen C. (nee Polley) Wells. She was a small business proprietor and past member of the Augusta Art Guild.
She leaves behind her son, Neal (Aasta) Wolfe of Independence; two daughters, Debbie Hamilton of Olathe, Kan. and Denise Meadow of Los Angeles, Calif.; four grandchildren, Alex Wolfe, Nyrel Wolfe, Daniel Hamilton and Shivanti Singh; and a special friend, Corina Keyes.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home in Augusta.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, also at the funeral home.
