Hinton Mills is once again hosting its annual Feed Days, Monday, Oct. 8 through Saturday, Oct. 13. The Hinton Mills team invites visitors to enjoy customer appreciation events on Friday and Saturday as well as discounts on a wide variety of farm products at all five locations throughout the week.
On Friday at Fleming County Farm Supply, visit with vendors, enjoy a complimentary lunch at 11 a.m., and meet special guests Miss Kentucky 2018 Katie Bouchard, Kentucky Farm Bureau President Mark Haney, and others. After lunch, be sure to head downtown for the famous Fleming County FFA Tractor Parade at 1 p.m., which often includes more than 200 entries. Hinton Mills’ President Bud Hinton is this year’s grand marshal.
Saturday’s event at Jabetown Mill will also feature vendors, door prizes, and a complimentary lunch at 11 a.m.
“It’s our goal every day to give our customers the very best service and products,” said Bud Hinton. “During Feed Days, they can also get some of the best savings of the year. This annual event is one of the ways we try to show our customers how much we appreciate their continued support.”
Hinton Mills is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, and there will be several commemorative items available during Feed Days. Customers can also pre-order seed corn and soybean and receive discounts on feed, feeders and waterers, cattle handling equipment and animal health products.
Hinton Mills’ locations are Frank Hinton & Son, Jabetown Mill, May’s Lick Mill, Fleming County Farm Supply and Hinton Mills Cynthiana. The stores are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
