One indicted for vehicular homicide in Ohio

GEORGETOWN, Ohio — There were 19 people recently indicted by a Brown County grand jury with charges ranging from vehicular homicide to drug possession.

Steven Cluxton was indicted on one count aggravated vehicular homicide, one count aggravated vehicular assault, one count operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count operating a vehicle while under the influence of a listed controlled substance.

According to the indictment, Cluxton was allegedly operating a motor vehicle on June 6, 2018 while under the influence when he caused the death of Elethia Davis and caused serious harm to Taylor Davis. At the time of the incident, Cluxton was also allegedly under the influence of methamphetamine.

Logan William Hatfield was indicted for two counts corrupting another with drugs and two counts and unlawful sexual content with a minor.

According to the indictment, Hatfield allegedly furnished or administered a controlled substance to a juvenile. He also allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with another person who was not the spouse of the offender when the person was older than 13, but younger than 16.

Others indicted included:

— Tammy Ayres on two counts aggravated possession of drugs.

— Tyler Foster on one count aggravated possession of drugs.

— David Fry on two counts aggravated possession of drugs.

— Robin Wagner on one count aggravated possession of drugs.

— James E. Fetter Jr. on two counts aggravated possession of drugs.

— Kenneth D. Kilgallion on one count aggravated possession of drugs.

— Jeremiah S. Hacker on one count aggravated possession of drugs, one count trafficking in marijuana, one count improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and one count operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

— Amy Shannon on one count aggravated possession of drugs, one count having weapons while under disability, one count receiving stolen property and one count grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordinance.

— Jamie Lee Sheldon on one count possession of heroin.

— Lloyd Baynes on one count aggravated possession of drugs.

— Andrew Ryan Paust on one count aggravated possession of drugs and one count aggravated trafficking in drugs.

— Thomas Bolton on one count aggravated possession of drugs and one count possession of heroin.

— Jessica Seaman on one count aggravated possession of drugs.

— Raymond W. Day on one count aggravated possession of drugs and one count aggravated trafficking in drugs.

— Ryan Jetter on one count aggravated possession of drugs.
