FLEMINGSBURG — A May’s Lick woman was indicted by a Fleming County grand jury recently for allegedly shoplifting from a local hardware store in early March.

Lana Jo Brown, 44, is charged with theft by unlawful taking of a value over $500, but less than $10,000. According to the indictment, around March 1, Brown allegedly took three or more impact drills from Steve’s Ace Hardware store in Flemingsburg. Brown was arrested May 16 and lodged in the Mason County Detention Center where she remains.

Other indictments handed down included:

— Anthony Lance Selby, 30, operating a motor vehicle under the influence second offence, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, heroin), careless driving.

— Eluis Alfred Adams Jr., 57, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Lance R. Adams, 29, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Ashley Holbrook, 30, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Billy Gordon Muse, 51, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Raymond Bradley Hufnagle, 40, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second offense, where he was found to be in possession of methadone.

— Johnny L. Marshall, 43, first-degree sexual abuse for allegedly subjecting a minor female under 16 years old to sexual contact.
